Write to info@romnocommo.com. A person reads it. We answer within two working days, Hong Kong time.
The fastest way
In the app, open Settings › This copy and press write to us. It opens your own Mail with the facts already written: the build, your Mac, and whether the room is on our cloud. Nothing said in any room goes in. You add what you saw, and you press send. The app never sends anything by itself.
If you write by hand, tell us
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The build date from the top bar of the app, or from Settings › This copy.
- Your Mac and its macOS version.
Things that look broken and are not
"Your Mac cannot check the app"
The first release is not yet signed by Apple. The four steps are on the download page.
"The brain is still arriving"
The 2.5 GB brain fetches itself on first run. Settings shows the bar. Until it is there, the room says so instead of pretending.
A guest from far away waits at the door
That is the design. Nobody sits in your meeting until you press "let in". Open the Common Room page and look at "At the door".
"Waiting for a licence" on some packs
The paid job descriptions and exam papers are not in the free copy. The free copy says which ones wait, and the rest works.
What we do with your report
We read it, we fix what is ours, and we tell you. We keep your email for the conversation and delete it when it is done. We do not add you to a list.
